Job Summary:
The Field Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the implementation of TARL’s programs in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating field activities, managing data collection, and providing technical support to teachers and school administrators.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate field activities, including training sessions, meetings, and data collection exercises.
  2. Manage data collection and entry for program monitoring and evaluation.
  3. Provide technical support to teachers and school administrators on TARL’s teaching methods and materials.
  4. Build relationships with local government officials, school administrators, and community leaders.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot challenges in program implementation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in education, program management, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of education systems and policies in Nigeria.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
